Summer was more than happy to take that instead, and she was definitely going to lean into that hug and wrap her arm around Annie's shoulders to give them a little squeeze.
"I miss you, too," she said, and was just going to let that moment actually, like, exist, because there wasnt a whole lot of these moments she was actually going ot let herself have while she was here, but with Annie? With Annie, it was perfect.
And then she was going to get right back into nice, impersonal wryness by then adding, "I don't know what they were thinking with your hair, though, good lord."
